48" x 24" stainless / carbon hybrid Santa Maria Grill

This 48" x 24" hybrid Santa Maria Grill with all the options is built to last! Basin is 3/16" thick steel, coal, cooking grates and all moving parts and accessories are 304 stainless. All stainless welds are food quality TIG welds. The crank and ratchet system easily raises and lowers the cooking grate approximately 24" and makes controlling the temperature of the cooking surface a breeze! Lifting wires are also 304 stainless steel. Cart is carbon steel and is equipped with a side shelf and dual wheel castors with brakes included! WE WILL CUSTOM BUILD THESE PER YOUR DIMENSIONS! Every piece of this grill except the wheels were custom cut, fabricated and welded to specifications by hand in the USA.
